We are committed to having an environmentally aware and sustainable approach to each and every project.

Sustainability Policy

We have a sustainability policy that gives environmental and sustainability direction to our design, project management and construction teams. We strive to achieve a BREEAM very good rating for all of our projects.

Our policy sets out our environmental and sustainability requirements which reflect the UK Government’s Command Paper “Securing the Future: delivering UK sustainable development strategy”.

Design and construction teams are expected to meet all legal and other relevant requirements whilst undertaking design and/or construction activities and should ensure that they are aware of all relevant industry standards and guidance.
