The Fund

Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund is a £150m investment fund managed by SHP on behalf of existing unit holders NFUM and SHP โ€“ we propose to grow the Fund and its investor base.

2017 year end fund level returns were 18.2% - outperforming IPD by 7.9%.

Investment Requirements

We are interested in all commercial sectors across the UK, with lot sizes between £7m - £30m. As an investor we look to add value through active management or refurbishments, re-gearing situations, vacant/part vacant buildings and short-term leases. In addition, we are looking to secure long-dated income benefiting from attractive yield profiles.
