Three deals at Stadium Trade & Business Park

Three deals have been agreed at Stadium Trade and Business Park in Reading, setting a new record rent at the site of £9 per sq ft.

Landlord Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has confirmed the following deals:
* Frozen food and ice-cream wholesaler Eden Farm has taken a 10-year lease with a tenant-only break at five years and no rent free period, on 6,566 sq ft, Unit 19.
* An independent micro-brewery called Double Barrelled Brewery has signed a 10-year lease with five-year break and four months rent free, on 6,878 sq ft, Unit 20.
* An undisclosed tenant has agreed a 10-year lease with five-year break and four months rent free at 8,378 sq ft, Unit 21.
Other tenants on the estate include Howdens, ITP, Grant & Stone, Screwfix, Plumb Centre, Halfords Autocentres, Benchmark Kitchens, Al Murad DIY Limited, AT&T GB Ltd and Mr Clutch.
Units are available on the estate from 6,000 sq ft to 18,500 sq ft.
