In July 2021, Salmon acting for Westbrook Partners, acquires a site in Cross Oak Lane, Horley with the intention of obtaining planning consent to build a 2 unit, 87,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme.

The scheme is due to be completed in Q4 2023.
